New Ambulance Station for Ningi
Quest Newspapers has reported that a new ambulance station will be built at Ningi which is expected to be complete by mid next year. The Emergency Services Minister Neil Roberts State Member for Pumicestone, Carryn Sullivan visited the site last week to open the project. Ms Sullivan said the site between Caboolture and Bribie Island was necessary to cater to the growing population. ``The QAS intend to staff the station with 16 paramedics and one officer in charge as well as at least three ambulance vehicles,'' she said.
